ABOUT THE ARTWORK
To witness another person embracing their own weird and wonderful humanness is contagious. Fierce self-love can be a defiant act, a means of liberation from destructive norms and old rules. For some, loving themselves for who they are is in their blood. But for most of us, this simple idea is challenging and can be a life-long endeavour. So in this time of PRIDE and celebration, I hope we can all feel fabulous and make it as contagious as possible.
This work was created by Elin in response to World Pride Sydney 2023. The artist created this beautiful 2.4m x 2.4m artwork with the intention for it to be sold to raise money for charity partner Minus 18.
This artwork would look stunning in an office or home studio setting. Please email us directly to organise additional delivery or pick up options at hello@artaid.com.au.
